O Jerusalem! Jerusalem! Why art thou the apple of My eye?
For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen, because their tongue and their doings are against the LORD, to provoke the eyes of His glory. Isaiah 3:8
And He shall be for you a sanctuary, but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offense to both the houses of Israel, for a trap and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. Isaiah 8:14
For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem; thou shalt weep no more. He will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when He shall hear it, He will answer thee. Isaiah 30:19

As birds flying, so will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending, also He will deliver it; and passing over, He will preserve it. Isaiah 31:5
And he shall pass over to his stronghold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign,” saith the LORD, whose fire is in Zion and His furnace in Jerusalem. Isaiah 31:9

“The Scepter shall not depart from Judah!”
The first shall say to Zion, ‘Behold, behold them!’ And I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings. Isaiah 41:27
“Make ye mention to the nations. Behold, publish against Jerusalem that watchers come from a far country and give out their voice against the cities of Judah. Jeremiah 4:16
“Thus saith the LORD God: This is Jerusalem. I have set it in the midst of the nations and countries that are round about her. Ezekiel 5:5
As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts, so shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men; and they shall know that I am the LORD.” Ezekiel 36:38

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call. Joel 2:32

And it shall come to pass in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. Zechariah 12:9

“Thus saith the LORD: ‘I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem; and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth, and the mountain of the LORD of hosts, the Holy Mountain.’ Zechariah 8:3
“Judah . . . thy father’s children (Ephraim, Manasseh, Reuben etc) shall bow down before thee.”
Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.’ Zechariah 8:22
Thus saith the Lord of hosts: ‘In those days it shall come to pass that ten men out of all the languages of the nations shall take hold, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, “We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”’ Zechariah 8:23
