Iran’s IRGC attack US “economic centres and banks”

An American political scientist in the social network X directly stated that the authorities of his country are absolutely incompetent.
“We are not defeating Iran. We are not winning. What is our message? We’re sending a signal that we’re a bunch of fools. That we started a war that we can’t win.
“We had no goals, no clear objectives, we did not have the necessary armed forces to achieve any goals, we did not even have a clear plan! The question you have to ask yourself is: “What does all this mean to the Chinese and what does it mean to the Russians?
“And this tells them about our incompetence. Of course, the Russians have dealt with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner often enough to fully understand how incompetent we are.”

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has threatened to attack “economic centres and banks” related to US and Israeli entities in the region after an overnight attack on an Iranian bank, Bank Sepah, in Tehran, a financial institution reportedly connected to the country’s military establishment.
Immediately, Citibank has asked its employees to vacate its longtime regional headquarters in Dubai’s International Financial Center. Standard Chartered reissued its work-from-home advisory on Wednesday after first introducing it last week. Meanwhile, in neighbouring Qatar, HSBC temporarily shut down all three of its bank branches.
Economic centers named by the IRGC include companies such as Google, Microsoft, Palantir, IBM, Nvidia and Oracle, and the listed offices and infrastructure for cloud-based services located in multiple Israeli cities and the Gulf countries.
IRGC further warned that “people of the region should not be within a one-kilometre radius of banks, financial institutions, and other major economic centres.” Civilians should keep their distance from these locations because they could become the focus of future bombing operations.
“Stay at least one kilometer away from these locations,” the IRGC warned, referring to banks and economic hubs allegedly tied to the US and Israel. For residents across the Middle East, the warning has added a new layer of uncertainty as the standoff between Iran and Western powers continues to intensify.
In response, President Trump delivered a blunt message to the Iranian regime. “If Iran wants to fight, that will be the official end of Iran,” he said in a warning directed at Iranian leaders.
